日本汽车企业在华投资对日中汽车产业的影响摘要之所以日本汽车企业在过苦境,是因为传统世界汽车市场的饱和,2008年秋天开始的金融危机带来的国际汽车市场低销售的严重化,再加上日本汽车产业背上的高汇率问题。与此相反,中国汽车市场持续发展,中国从2009年开始蝉联两年成为全球产销量第一的国家。在这情况下,日本汽车企业必然加强对中国汽车产业的投资力度。本文通过研究分析日本汽车产业对华投资情况及影响,旨在提出日中汽车产业合作的互补性。本文研究表明,日本FDI对日中双方汽车产业发挥效应。对日本汽车产业的贡献是:占领中国市场、规避关税壁垒、回避汇率变动的风险、劳动力、资源、原材料保证与利用等。对中国汽车产业的贡献是:产业规模增长效应、技术扩散的技术溢出效应、汽车产业结构与产品结构升级效应、出口拉动效应、扩大就业效应等。但是,日本汽车产业FDI对日中双方也存在负面影响:分别为产业空洞化、自主研发能力被削弱等。通过分析可以看出,对于日中双方来讲,FDI的利益远大于弊害。中国市场带来的巨额收益是日本汽车产业走出苦境的出路。同时,日本的技术转让也是中国汽车产业发展的积极推动因素。可以说“中国市场”和“日本技术”,使日中彼此间的需求利益相符。关键词: FDI 汽车产业互补性 AnAnalysis of theEffects Japanese FDIintoChina has on theJapan and China Automobile Industries Abstract Japanese automobile enterprises arc intimes ofhardship because of theglobal automobile market’Sdownturn,也e financialcrisiswhich startedintheautumn of2008,and thecontrary,the Chinese automobile market is 2009,China ranked firstforthesecond consecutiveyI挑in the salesand production ofautomobile.
