摘要
机械手是近几十年发展起来一种高科技自动化生产设备,它对稳定、提高产品质量、 提高生产效率、改善劳动条件和产品的快速更新换代起着十分重要的作用,随着工业机械 化和自动化的发展以及气动技术自身的一些优点,气动机械手已经广泛应用在生产自动化 的各个行业。机械手主要由手部、运动机构和控制系统三大部分组成。机械手的种类, 按驱动方式可分为液压式、气动式、电动式、机械式机械手;按适用范围可分为专 用机械手和通用机械手两种;按运动轨迹控制方式可分为点位控制和连续轨迹控制 机械手等。
本文就气动机械手的应用现状和发展前景作了简单概述。扩展我们的知识面和专业 面,可以加强对自己的思维训练和能力培养,还可以填补空白,提高生产效率,很大的现 实意义。
