摘  要：随着我国社会经济的快速发展，国家的综合实力不断地增长，直接促进了交通领域的重大革新，尤其是基于车联网的智能交通系统得到了人们的广泛关注，并且已经逐渐地应用到了实践工程当中，极大地方便了人们的日常出行，不仅提高了车辆交通运行的稳定性和安全性，还有效地减少了交通事故发生的概率。文章主要系统性地阐述了基于车联网智能交通系统的固有属性，并综合性地分析了智能交通系统的主要构成框架，根据车联网智能交通系统发展的现状提出了存在的关键性技术问题，能够为车联网智能交通领域的发展提供一定的参考價值。

Abstract： With the rapid development of social economy in our country， the comprehensive strength of our country is increasing continuously， which directly promotes the great innovation in the field of transportation， especially the intelligent transportation system based on vehicle network has been paid more and more attention. And it has been gradually applied to practical projects and greatly facilitates people's daily travel， which not only improves the stability and safety of vehicle traffic， but also effectively reduces the probability of traffic accidents. This paper mainly systematically expounds the inherent attributes of intelligent transportation system based on vehicle network， and comprehensively analyzes the main framework of intelligent transportation system.
