高速公路沥青路面预防性养护探究.pdf

摘要道路预防性养护就是在合理的时间,采用适宜的技术对合适的公路实施正确的维护, 它能及时修复路面的微小病害,不致产生严重损伤,从而减少铣刨、翻修次数,节省大修费用,并延长路面使用寿命,保持路面良好的服务状态。因此研究开发高速公路沥青路面预防性养护技术与管理模式,实施路面预防性养护管理是我国高速公路发展的迫切需要。本文通过对预防性养护概念的分析,指出进行预防性养护的重要意义;讨论了预防性养护的特点及内容以及制定策略。从沥青路面破坏的原因及特点分析出发,介绍稀浆封层、微表等处几种应用广泛的预防性养护技术,并结合实例对其中的一种即雾封层技术做了重点介绍,包括原理、施工工艺及相关的路面检测项目等。最后指出了沥青路面预防性养护材料、工艺及设备的发展方向。关键词:沥青路面,预防性养护,裂缝修补,稀浆封层,微表处,雾封层 Abstract Itisdefined thatpavement preventive maintenance is tomaintain thoseappropriate roads at reasonable time applying feasibletechnique,which call repair tiny disease ofthepavement in time SO that severe damage willbeheldback,thus milland overhaul are COst of heavy repair issaved,and thelifeofthepavement isprolonged whileitkeeps good serving state. Therefore itisquiterequired thatDepartment ofthenationstudy anddevelop speedway bitumen pavement preventive maintenance technologies and managing modes and implement pavement preventive maintenance management. The importance ofpavement preventive maintenance isindicated inthispaper according tO theanalysis oftheconcept ofpavement preventive discusses and content ofpavement preventive several preventive maintenance technologies,such aschipseal, mended based on theanalysis ofthe cause and characteristic ofbitumen pavement damage,one ofwhich called fog。sealtechnology isespecially mentioned including itsprinciple,construction technics, correlativepavement survey and itpoints out thedirectionofmaterial,technics andequipment development ofbitumen pavement preventive maintenance.
