Abstract： Dingcheng is one of town in Hunan, there is a reservoir to offer water. But ,as the rival continue to offering,the problem has come out that how to solve the security of the offering water,We come up with a series of the volum of the total water to how to bumping hard working,we finally finish the project. We make a choice of Dingcheng it is a typical of all other where it is reach all we must know where the problem is,and, we need to find the way and at first we make out how much water the town ,we make sure that the type of the water the process of the water way is must make sure every total water make out the lost part. 摘要：水乃生命之源，但是如何利用水资源，是水资源能够为人类直接饮用一直以 来是人类的一个重大命题。通过对湖南省常德市鼎城区农村安全饮水工程现状和运行管 理模式以及管理经验等的研究，使广大市、区、县有一个比较明确的农村安全饮水管理 写照，丰富农村安全饮水一页篇章。
