汉代陶瓷饮食器具造型设计地研究.pdf

摘要摘要饮食器具从字面意思上理解,就与饮食活动中的“饮”与“食”相关的器具。陶瓷饮食器具的造型是器具产生时代的审美特征的集中体现,而自然基础、制陶瓷技术、经济生产方式、饮食方式等因素与陶瓷饮食器具的形制又有着密切的关系。汉代是一个辉煌、灿烂的历史时期,在此时期,陶瓷饮食器具展现出与前代截然不同的风格走向:传统礼器开始走下神坛,进入人们的日常生活,回归实用器的用途,这种转变与汉代“礼法互融"的治国方针、“独尊儒术"的统治思想、“天人同构”的哲学观点以及器具设计文化的世俗化、生活化有着密切的关系。“以人为本”可以说是汉代工艺美术发展的基本特征。本文选取了具有代表性的礼器及实用器进行器具形制的研究,涉及的具体器类有:鼎、壶、罐、碗、釜甑、耳杯、卮、勺、匕、案,这几类器物在汉代应用广泛、出土数量众多,分布广泛,其造型及装饰上的演变规律已可以基本说明汉代饮食器具的造型发展走向,在研究过程中,以出土文物为根本,以图像资料和古代文献为参考,结合汉代的政治经济背景、生活形态和文化思想背景,对以上十种器物的形制特征及其在汉代的发展演变做了系统的分析研究,并总结出该器物形制在汉代形成的与其他时代截然不同的形制特点和艺术特色。文章的最后通过对汉代社会背景和意识形态方面内容的分析,将陶瓷饮食器具还原到汉代的社会生活中,从而找到了汉代陶瓷饮食器具与汉代社会生活的契合点,总结出影响器物形制的几个因素,阐述了汉代饮食器具的造物思想和设计理念。关键词:汉代,陶瓷,饮食器具,造型 Abstract Abst ract Eating meIlsilsfmm theliteralmealling ofunderst锄ding,a11d dieta“Vities ”Drinl(”aIld”food” oftheceramic eating uteIlsils apparatlls topmduce aconcen昀tedeXpression haraCt谢stics of the times,the natIlralbasissyst锄of ceramic technology,economic production,diet factorsand theshape of thecer锄ic eating utensilsandh嬲acloserelation§Ilip.
