【摘要】：目的 观察分析坐浴1号对痔疮术后疼痛及水肿的影响。方法 选择我院2018年9月-2019年8月收治的痔疮术后患者110例作为本次的研究对象，将其随机分为两组：对照组和治疗组，每组各55例患者。对照组采用1‰高锰酸钾坐浴，治疗组病人坐浴1号坐浴。分析两组患者术后不同时间段疼痛、水肿情况。结果 与治疗前比较，两组治疗后不同时间段疼痛评分及水肿评分均明显降低，差异有统计学意义（P<）。治疗组患者治疗后不同时间段疼痛评分及水肿评分均明显低于对照组相同时间段，差异有统计学意义（P<）。结论 坐浴1号可以显著改善痔疮术后患者的疼痛、水肿情况，具有在临床上大力推广及应用的价值。
