利多卡因用于人工流产术镇痛效果的观察
【摘要】目的探讨利多卡因用于人工流产术镇痛的效果。方法将要人工流产且无手术禁忌证的健康妇女300例随机分为两组:观察组消毒外阴、阴道、宫颈,用6号针头于宫颈12点、3点、6点、9点位置分别注入2%利多卡因1ml,细导管插入宫颈达子宫内口水平,注2%利多卡因1ml,继续插入宫腔注2%利多卡因5ml,2~3min 施术。对照组不采用任何镇痛措施。结果观察组术中疼痛情况明显优于对照组(P<);观察组宫口较松弛,易于扩张,扩张效果明显优于对照组(P<);手术时间、术中出血量相比较,观察组较对照组明显缩短和减少(P<);观察组不良反应明显低于对照组(P<)。结论利多卡因用于人工流产术镇痛效果良好。

[Abstract]ObjectiveTo observate the analgesic effectiveness of the use of lidocaine in the artificial women undergoing artificial abortion were randomized divided into two groups: the study group were administered 1ml 2% lidocaine to 12, 3, 6, 9 o'clock of the cervix respectively. Then were administered 2% lidocaine 1ml with microcatheterization to the orificium internum isthmi level, finally 2% lidocaine 5ml were administered to the uterine cavity, 2~3 minutes later the operation began. No analgesic methods were administered to the control pain in the study group was obviously less than the control
group(P<); the distension of the cervix was better than the control group(P<); and the operative duration and bleeding during operation were obviously decreased in the study group(P<).ConclusionLidocaine, which is usually used in artificial abortion, has a good effect in pain inhibition.
