【摘要】 目的 分析他克莫司软膏联合润肤剂在儿童特应性皮炎治疗中的应用效果。方法 收集2017 年8 月至2018年8 月我院收治的特应性皮炎患儿80 例，随机平分为观察组和对照组，对照组患儿在常规对皮损部位进行清理后，使用他克莫司软膏进行治疗，观察组患儿首先使用润肤剂对皮损部位进行清理，而后使用他克莫司软膏进行治疗，比较两组患儿治疗效果、治疗前后症状严总程度和不良反应发生率。结果 %， %，P<；观察组患儿治疗后2周和4 周EASI评分均明显低于对照组，P<；观察组不良反应发生率明显低于对照组，P<。结论 他克莫司软膏联合润肤剂可有效提高儿童特应性皮炎的治疗效果，对于改善患儿症状、减少不良反应均具有积极作用，值得推广应用。 【关键词】特应性皮炎；润肤剂；他克莫司软膏 【Abstract 】 objective to analyze the effect of tacrolimus ointment combined with emollient in the treatment of children atopic dermatitis.
