随县农村中小学艺术师资队伍建设的研究.pdf

华中农业大学2010届硕L学位论文:随县农村中小学艺术师资队伍建’嫂研究摘要实现农村义务教育的均衡发展,是党和政府将长期面临的一项艰巨而重要的任务,更是教育系统长时期的一项中心工作。均衡发展的核心是公平和质量,前提和基础是师资的均衡配置。师资水平直接影响到群众能否公平享受教育的权利,决定了教育质量的高低。艺术教育对人的发展具有其它学科不可替代的作用,可以培养人正确的审美观及感受美、鉴赏美、创造美的能力,从而获得丰富的情感体验,养成健全的人格,促进社会的和谐。艺术教师在学生的基础教育、素质教育中是主力军,也是中略力量。而农村中小学艺术教师在数量上和质量上普遍相对比较薄弱, 严重制约了农村艺术教育的发展,导致整个教育的不均衡。由此可见,建设一支以专职艺术教师为主,兼职艺术教师为辅,数量充足,质量过硬的农村艺术教育师资队伍,是提高整个艺术教育质量的关键要素。? 随县作为全国最年轻的农业大县,教育均为农村教育,教育体系不完整,情况较特殊,矛盾较集中,教育质量提高及改革任重道远。在随县人大一届一次会议上, 县政府把“教育兴县”作为重要的战略决策,艺术师资队伍建设也被提上议事日程。本人以此为契机,通过对随州市随县中小学农村艺术教师在数量、学历、职称、工资、生活、思想政治、知识能力结构、继续教育、师资配置等现状的调查,进行合理的分析,探讨制约随县中小学艺术教师发展的因素。通过分析主要有艺术教师整体素质不高,师资分配不合理,继续教育不理想,结构不合理,评价、考核、激励、管理机制不健全等问题。最后,针对以上问题提出了一些可行性对策和建议,以便为新成立的随县政府当好参谋,为教育部门提供一些参考,为本地区农村艺术教育的提高做一点贡献,同时为新时期其它地区农村艺术教师队伍建设提供依据,为促进义务教育的均衡发展尽一点绵薄之力。关键词:随县;农村;艺术教师;研究 Abstract Abstract Implementing balanced development pulsory education is not only a long-term tough andimportant task to our PartyandGovernment,but also along—term central work andquality isthe core ofthebalanced development,the teachersbalanced allocation isthepremise and levelof the teachers directly influences whether themasses couldenjoy theright ofeducationequally, which determines thequality education,unlike othersubjects,has irreplaceable effect todevelopment ofhuman couldfosterpeople’Sability tothe rightaesthetics,beauty appreciation and abundant emotionalexperience is important tofosterperfectpersonality andenhance artteachers are amain force on studentelementary intherural area,thequantity andlevelof artteachers inprimary and middle schoolisrelativelyweak, which hasrestricted thedevelopment of the arteducation,inflicting entireeducation ,to build aadequate quantity,best qualityteaching term inruralarea, which mainly containedby full-time artteachers,supplemented bypart-time artsteachers, is athekeyelement toimprove thequality of arteducation.
