宫腔镜治疗剖宫产术后子宫切口憩室临床效果
[摘要]目的 探讨宫腔镜与腹式手术治疗剖宫产术后子宫切口憩室的效果差异。方法 选择我院2013年1月～2015年8月收治的子宫切口憩室患者38例，根据患者的要求将其分为宫腔镜组20例和腹式组18例。比较两组患者手术情况、术后并发症情况以及�g后3、6、12个月的经期时间。结果 宫腔镜组手术时间、住院时间均显著短于腹式组，术中出血量少于腹式组，差异有统计学意义（）；宫腔镜组术后并发症发生率（%）低于腹式组（%），差异有统计学意义（）。结论 宫腔镜手术治疗子宫切口憩室在患者术中、术后恢复以及并发症方面均优于腹式手术，值得在临床上推广
