【摘要】：目的 观察分析磷酸奥司他韦辅助藿香正气液治疗流行性感冒的临床效果。方法 选取2018年1月-2019年１２月我院收治的流行性感冒患者96例作为研究对象，根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组、研究组，每组各有患者48例。对照组患者给予磷酸奥司他韦口服治疗，研究组患者在对照组治疗基础上加用藿香正气液治疗。比较两组患者的治疗总有效率及临床症状改善情况。结果 %，%，差异有统计学意义（P<）。与对照组比较，研究组发热缓解时间、肌肉酸痛缓解时间以及疲劳缓解时间均明显降低，差异有统计学意义（P＜）。结论 磷酸奥司他韦辅助藿香正气液治疗流行性感冒的临床效果显著，患者临床症状改善较快，值得临床进行大力的推广应用。 【关键词】：磷酸奥司他韦；藿香正气液；流行性感冒；临床效果 The clinical effect of oseltamivir phosphate assisted huoxiang zhengqi liquid in the treatment of influenza [Abstract] Objective To observe and analyze the clinical effect of oseltamivir phosphate assisted by huoxiang Zhengqi liquid in the treatment of a total of 96 patients with influenza admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected as study subjects.
