浙江大学硕士学位论文丁贸型城镇生态规划研究’j实践一以苍南灵溪生态镇建设为例摘要近年来,随着我国经济快速发展,工贸型城镇数量不断增加、规模日益扩大、工业化程度明显提高,带来的生态环境问题也日渐突出。据调查,目前我国多数城镇公共基础设施建设滞后于经济发展,功能区混杂交错,工业化初期粗放型增长模式带来的企业规模小、污染企业多的状况仍然存在,农业面源污染日益加剧,对生态环境构成严重威胁,制约工贸型城镇社会经济的进一步发展。论文在城镇生态规划基础理论、制定原则、技术的基础上,总结分析了城镇生态环境现状调查评价、规划目标制定、指标体系评价以及工贸型城镇功能布局方法。以苍南灵溪镇为例开展生态镇规划实践,应用生态规划理论与方法,基于灵溪镇生态现状,提出该镇生态建设目标并分析其可行性;根据灵溪镇区域特征与功能定位,划分生态建设功自讴块; 针对灵溪镇存在的社会经济发展瓶颈与生态环境问题,从环境污染整治、生态经济建设、人居环境美化和资源环境保护等方面提出生态建设的重点任务和具体对策。研究成果对该镇生态建设具有重要指导作用,对其它工贸城镇生态建设也有一定的参考价值。关键词:生态建设规划;工贸型城镇;苍南灵溪镇 V Abstract Withtherepid deVelopment of economic in recent years,the amount and scaleof induSt巧‘trade to、vns are continually increasing a11dtheindustrialization issign讯cantlyimproved’ resulting inenVironmental problems ing inc陀asingJy conspicuousl tothe inVestigalion,the infrastructure construction l呜s behind economic deveJopment,the mnction Iayout ischaotic, and theextensiVe economy grovvth mode and incrcasing nonpoint source pollution ofagriculturalproductionseriously threatentheecological environment and reStrictthe 氕IrtherdeVelopment ofindusny’trade toWns’economy.
