摘要:桥面防水是建筑工程的重要组成部分,实用性很强,对提高 桥梁的使用功能和寿命等起着至关重要的作用。部分使用较久的桥面出现 了反白和唧浆现象, 有些桥梁由于沥青混凝土铺装层的破坏,会导致水分下渗,在荷载和冰冻 等因素作用下,使桥梁的混凝土梁板受损, 论述了桥面防水设计和施工方法及问题,并对常见的几种桥面防水方法进 行比较。

Abstract: bridge deck waterproof construction is an important component of the project, very practical, bridge to improve the use function and service life, plays a vital role in. Some use long bridge appeared anti-white and slurry pump phenomenon, some local repair after damage will appear again. What is more serious is that some bridges due to asphalt concrete pavement damage, causes the water infiltration, the load and freezing and other factors, makes the bridge concrete beam plate is damaged, thus should be to cause enough attention. This paper discusses the bridge deck waterproof design and construction methods and problems, and the common types of bridge deck waterproof methods are compared.

1、常见的桥面水损害现象
筋锈蚀主要是因混凝土保护层碳化和氯化物侵蚀,这两种腐蚀现象都 是以水为载体进行。尤其在空心板封头处,由于混凝土的开裂、厚度过薄 等原因,水会由伸缩装置等部位沿着封头的微小裂缝逐渐渗入空心板内 部,进入空心内部的水很难再排出来,长时间浸泡而造成钢筋生锈、混凝 土脱落直接对梁体造成侵害,因此空心板封头防水也是不容忽视的环节。
较缝作为桥面板之间横向联结的重要部位,承担横向分布和桥面整体 性作用。桥梁的饺缝处受力复杂、混凝土薄弱,但是由于施工中工作量小、 不够重视,施工工艺和材料也很少严格把关。可此处又最容易受到侵蚀, 尤其近年来,超量的交通,过载的车辆增多,过早地造成较缝部位的裂缝, 桥面雨水通过裂缝进一步腐蚀钢筋和混凝土,形成单梁受力,降低承载能 力直至破
