摘 要
目前，人类通过各种先进技术和仪器对海洋进行了深入的研究，获得了大量
的数据文件。但是目前海洋数据文件格式众多，而且存储地域分散，这给用户使
用带来困难。如何合理、高效地存储和利用这些数据是我们需要深入研究和解决
的一个重要课题。
本项目开发是针对海洋数据共享的现实条件，研究海洋数据使用者的需求，
设计出一种可以通过 Internet 进行海洋数据管理和使用的共享平台。本文在分析
了国内外研究现状和数据库管理方式不足的基础上，阐述了基于 OPeNDAP 协议
的海洋数据文件共享平台的设计、开发和实现。首先，文中简要介绍了本课题背
景和开发意义，然后论述了系统开发的技术基础，特别是对开发使用的
OpenLDAP 和 OPeNDAP 进行了详细说明。接着通过用户需求分析和总体设计，
确定了系统的体系结构并划分出用户管理、文件管理、数据管理和系统维护等功
能模块。最后对每个功能模块进行了详细设计，包括功能设计和界面设计。通过
系统测试，可以证明本系统设计合理，数据管理有效，能够实现数据共享的目标。
本系统的开发主要是为了实现海洋数据共享，针对用户类型提供了不同的数
据使用权限，方便进行统一管理。该系统采用 B/S 结构，利用 JSP/Servlet、XML
等技术，在 Linux 环境下开发完成。整个系统功能完善、界面友好、使用简单，
对海洋数据共享工作带来很大便利。

Based on the OPeNDAP
Abstract
Since now because of a variety of advanced technologies and equipments, there
have been a large number of data files about ocean research. However, there are many
data file formats and many are stored in different areas and departments, it makes us
difficult to use these files. It is important to know what to do to store and use these
files reasonably and effectively.
This project is aimed at the realistic condition of the marine data sharing and
studies the need of users to design a kind of sharing platform which can be accessed
through Internet to manage the marine data. This paper analyzes the research situation
at home and abroad and database management mode, then presents the design,
development and implementation of marine data sharing platform based on
OPeNDAP. First, the paper briefly introduces the background and development
significance, and then discussed the technical basis of the system development,
