摘 要
框架--剪力墙结构，也称为框剪结构，广泛应用于办公和公用高层建筑，也大量应用于高层旅馆设计，我的毕业设计是框架--剪力墙结构的高层办公楼设计。本设计为一栋高层综合办公楼，进行了以下两部分的设计工作：
第一部分为建筑设计
依据《建筑设计资料集》、《办公建筑设计规范》，并考虑经济性和实用性，进行了建筑设计，水平交通和垂直交通设计严格要求规范要求设计。
第二部分为结构设计
按照框架-剪力墙结构考虑，全现浇结构。

Abstract
Frame - shear wall structure, also known as frame shear structure, widely used in offices and public buildings, also used in the design of high-rise hotel in great quantities, my graduation design is a frame - shear wall structure of the high-rise building design.,a tall building design work for the following two parts.
