摘 要 教学质量是教学成功之魂。没有质量的教学是盲目的,是对 教学资源的巨大浪费。提高教学质量是教学成功实施的基石。如何提高教 学质量是每个教学管理者和教师在工作中最关心的问题。本文从对教学质 量的认识谈起,讨论了提高教学质量的条件和动因,教学监督和教学质量 的关系:教学监督必须从内、外两个方面,即从内化教师的质量意识,强 化外在制度入手,才能有效保障教学的顺利实施。

如果我们把学生的学习积极性比作是教学之石的话,那么,毋庸置疑, 教学质量是教学之魂,因为,没有质量的教学是盲目而无效的,是对教学 资源的巨大浪费。教学质量是一切教学目标,教学手段得以体现的前提和 保证。教学质量是确保教学有效展开的最为关键的因素。因此,推动教学 质量提高是教学管理中的重中之重。
