摘 要
在本设计中，主要完成了对纸箱胶带封箱机设计方案的确定，确定了适合的设计方
案，并对胶带封箱机传动和结构进行了设计，分析了胶带封箱机的工作过程。设计了主
要部件的结构及尺寸，并对各部分进行了校核。设计中主要包括链轮、带轮、轴等传动
件的设计，以及一些其他非标准件的设计，还有对于一些标准件，如轴承、螺母等的选
择。又介绍了连杆机构的设计过程和整机的润滑。此外，还绘制了一些非标准件的零件
图，及整机的装配图。
设计、安装自动包装机械，无论是从提高产品质量、生产效率，还是从消除加工误
差、减轻劳动强度方面，都表现出十分明显的作用。胶带封箱机是专为产品的封箱而设
计的。

Abtract
In this design, the main completed carton tape sealing machine design to determine to
