- .1 《城市规划》 2011 年4期 深圳城市更新地区规划标准编制探讨贺传皎,李江【摘要】从深圳城市规划标准的由来与演变入手, 分析当前城市转型背景下城市更新工作对规划标准的新需求, 进而构建针对更新地区的规划标准与准则的主体框架; 在对比介绍香港、上海、长沙等城市在规划标准编制方面经验的基础上, 探讨深圳城市更新地区规划标准的编制思路及主要内容; 并对当前更新规划编制与审批中问题比较突出、需求比较迫切的更新对象、更新范围、更新模式、功能引导、开发控制、公共设施等标准做了探讨性研究, 以期能够完善《深圳市城市规划标准与准则》的体系结构,满足政府精细化管理需求。【关键词】规划标准,城市更新,深圳 URBAN PLANNING STANDARD OF URBAN RENEW AL AREAS IN SHENZHEN HE Chuanjiao, LI Jiang ABSTRACT : According to the origin and the development of urban planning standard of Shenzhen, this paper firstly pointed out that the practice of urban renewal has produced new demand of urban planning standard on current urban transformation background , then the attempts on rebuilding the main framework of the planning standard and g uideline aimed at the renewal areas are interpreted . Secondly, on the contrast of the practices of planning standard between Hongkong, Shanghai, Changsha and Shenzhen, the route and main content s of urban planning standard of urban renewal areas in Shenzhen are explore d. Some core elements of urban planning standard of renewal areas in Shenzhen are further discussed, such as renewal objects, renewal scope, renewal pattern , land -using control, development control and public facilities . T he new system structure of the Urban P lanning Standard and G uideline of Shenzhen should satisfy the demand of government precise management . KEYWORDS: planning standar
