摘要 HN一1型双轴向纬编针织机是用来生产纬编双轴向衬纱织物的专用织机,其生产的产品与同类的经编双轴向织物相比,具有三维曲面可成型性好、不起皱、衬纱层数多等优点,特别适于增强三维曲丽复合材料的生产。本文主要研究的是HN一1型双轴向纬编针织机的电气控制系统的实现。系统主要分为单片机控制系统和动力系统两部分。单片机控制系统由CPU、键盘电路、显示电路和掉电保护电路等构成,用于控制动力系统的动作;动力系统主要由编织动力和卷布动力构成,用于带动执行部件(编织机构和卷轴)动作。单片机控制系统采用AT89C52为CPU,利用AT89C52的串行口和移位寄存器 ,控制编织和卷布步进电机来完成工艺要求的动作。动力系统中编织步进电机采用斯达特公司的型号为1lOBYG350C的步进电机,与之配套的驱动器采用MS一3}11 10M型驱动器;卷布步进电机采用斯达特公司的型号为130BYG350B的步进电机,与之配套的驱动器采用MS一3H130M型驱动器。这两款步进电机均能满足系统的动力要求。该系统的实现大大简化了机器的机械传动机构,提高了机器的自动化程度, 同时降低了制造成本。 HN—l型双轴向纬编针织机的研制对我国轻工业发展具有一定的积极意义, 在航空、人体装甲防护、劳保、医用等领域得到广泛应用。关键字:双轴向纬编针织机,电气控制系统,AT89C52 ABSTRACT HN—lbiaxial weft knitting machine is aspecial machine which iSused toproduce biaxial inserting yarn pared with the warp knitting fabr{CS,the productS ofbiaxial weft knitting machine have many virtues such as good conformability,no wrink]es informing process,more layers ofinserting yarns specially fits for theproduction ofstrengthen three dimensional curved posites.
