Termination agreement
This Termination Agreement (the Agreement) is entered into on [ ] in [ ] by and between Jetion Solar (China) Co., Ltd., a company established and existing under the laws of the People’s Republic of China (Party A), and ______, a company established and existing under the laws of___________ (Party B).
