武汉市乡村旅游发展研究.pdf

摘 要

近年来，我国的乡村旅游业发展快速，大家对乡村旅游的认同度逐步上
升。但是，乡村旅游在实际发展过程当中出现了很多问题：如发展速度缓慢、
发展不平衡、发展模式不可持续等。对于这些问题，国内外知识分子也进行了
诸多研究，然而大家并没有对乡村旅游的发展进行持续具体深入、全面的研
究，因而，本文选择以地理位置优越、各种资源丰富、经济发展迅速、旅游业
正快速发展的湖北省武汉市作为研究对象，利用文献研究法、比较分析法、调
查问卷和深度访谈法等研究方式，找出武汉市发展乡村旅游过程当中出现的问
题，在对国内外乡村旅游开发实践经验总结的基础上，然后分别对武汉市乡村
旅游游客和经营者的基本特征及行为进行分析，研究武汉市发展乡村旅游的可
行的对策，从而推动武汉市乡村旅游健康可持续发展。最后文章总结出以下成
果：
（1）近些年武汉市乡村获得了了可喜的成绩；一是政府高度重视，旅游资
源开发效果显著；二是乡村旅游基础设施不断完善，服务水平不断提高；三是
乡村旅游产品不断丰富，可体验项目不断增加；四是乡村旅游企业品牌意识不
断加强，节庆游览悄然兴起；五是“三乡工程”初具成果，依托乡村旅游脱贫
效果明显。
（2）武汉市乡村旅游在发展过程当中依旧存在着很多问题：○1 规划不科
学，盲目招商引资；○2 结构失衡，供需矛盾；○3 旅游产品缺乏特色，体验性
差；○4 基础设施建设不充分，服务有瑕疵；○5 专业人才匮乏，管理方式落伍。
（3）国内外乡村旅游经验：一是注重政府政策支持；二是注重开发特色旅
游产品；三是注重多元化营销策略。
（4）武汉乡村旅游深入发展应该：○1 科学规划，适时发展；○2 坚持政府引
导，市场主导；○3 开发特色产品，树立品牌形象；○4 加快基础设施建设，提高
服务质量；○5 强化人员培训，创新管理方法；○6 扩大宣传力度，提升营销水
平。

Abstract

In recent years, China's rural tourism has developed rapidly, and the recognition
of rural tourism has gradually , there are many problems in the
development of rural tourism, such as slow development, unbalanced development and
unsustainable development these problems, intellectuals also made a lot of
research both at home and abroad, but there was no continuous concrete on the
development of rural tourism in-depth and comprehensive research, therefore, this
article choose in the geographical position is superior, all kinds of resources are rich,
rapid economic development, is rapid development of tourism industry in wuhan city,
hubei province as the research object, using literature research, comparative analysis,
research methods such as questionnaire and depth
