机械行业加工产品，其质量与零件的加工质量、装配质量密切相关,而零件的加工质量是保证产品质量的根底,它严格要求零件的加工精度，所以机械行业加工过程中零件的加工质量检验尤为重要。河北裕隆机械有限责任公司是一家生产、销售为一体的新型公司。该公司主要生产液压缸、钻机、精密钢管等机械产品。为了解公司液压缸产品的生产质量水平，本文运用质量管理的统计方法对液压缸加工过程中的外协配件进行质量统计分析，并为产品质量的提升提出一些建议。

ABSTRACT
Machinery industry processing product, its quality and the machining quality of parts, assembly quality is closely related to, and the machining quality of parts is the foundation that assures product quality, it is the strict requirements of machining accuracy, so the mechanical processing industry in the process of machining quality inspection is very important. Hebei Yulon mechanical limited liability company is a production, sales as one of the new company. The company mainly produces hydraulic cylinder, drilling, precision steel pipes and other mechanical products. In order to understand the hydraulic cylinder production quality level, this paper uses the statistical methods of quality control for hydraulic cylinder in the process of outsourcing parts quality statistical analysis, and to improve product quality and put forward some suggestions.
