新街乡综治维稳中心各项制度
工作例会制度
1、各村专职调解员要每周梳理一次全村矛盾纠纷排查调处情况。
2各村在每月召开一次矛盾纠纷排查会议，并将排查调处情况报乡综治维稳中心。
3、乡矛盾纠纷调处委员会每季度召开一次矛盾纠纷排查调处会议，研究解决热难、信访突出问题。
首问责任制度
1、遇到矛盾纠纷、突发案(事)件和群众来访时，中心在岗接洽人员即为首问责任人，应第一时间登记备案，协调解决问题，及时分流交办。
2、如处理难度较大，应做好稳控工作，通知有关部门和责任人解决问题，重大情况应及时报告中心主任。首问责任人对办理进展情况应全程跟踪督办，直至工作流程终结。
工作报告制度
1、各村根据实际情况设立预警员和信息报告员（可由专职调解员兼任），定期上报预警信息和社会治安情况等信息。
2、各村要建立健全矛盾纠纷排查调处工作信息档案。

3、各村要对所发生的矛盾纠纷，随调处、随报告。
4、各村要每月向乡综治中心报告一次本月矛盾纠纷排查及调处情况，中心每月将矛盾纠纷排查调处情况汇总后向乡党委、政府报告。
5、重大事件需一事一报。
督查督办制度
1、根据工作需要，定期、不定期地督查各责任单位社会矛盾纠纷工作的开展情况，为考核奖励提供依据。
2、对分流指派有关部门处理的案件进行跟踪了解，提出督办意见。
3、督查各责任单位职责范围内应当受理的矛盾纠纷的调处情况。
4、督查各责任单位对上级机关的指定受理意见和信访事项复查意见的执行情况。
5、对已调解的矛盾纠纷，开展跟踪回访活动，巩固调解的效果，走访当事人，了解调解协议履行情况，听取群众对社会矛盾纠纷调处结果的反馈意见和建议。
6、定期通报各责任单位对分流指派案件的调处和办结情况。
