党员志愿服务活动方案
为深入贯彻落实《中共廊坊市委关于广泛开展党员志愿服务活动的意见》文件精神，进一步深化党的群众路线教育实践活动，不断巩固和扩大教育活动成果，经管区工委研究，决定在全区共产党员中广泛开展志愿服务活动，为将此项活动抓好抓实，抓出成效，结合管区实际，特制定如下党员志愿服务活动实施方案。
一、指导思想
以党的十八大、十八届三中全会精神为指导，巩固和深化党的群众路线教育实践活动成果，倡导、组织、动员广大党员自觉参与志愿服务活动，充分发挥党员在服务发展、服务群众中的先锋模范作用，进一步密切党和群众的血肉联系，培育和践行社会主义核心价值观，进一步在全社会凝聚向上向善的道德建设正能量，推动形成社会文明进步的新风尚，促进社会和谐稳定。
二、遵循原则
服务社会的原则。广泛开展“服务基层、服务社会、服务发展”志愿服务活动，弘扬无私奉献、友爱互助精神，为建设和谐社会贡献力量。
公益利他的原则。把公益性放在首位，不计报酬、不图名利、不求回报，围绕做好公益事业、服务他人开展志愿服务活动，
