第一章 概 述
一、设计依据
1、2010 年4 月27 日铁道部《关于西宁站改造及相关工程可行性研究
报告的批复》（铁计函[2010]494 号）。
2、2010 年6 月29 日铁道部《关于西宁站改造及相关工程西宁站房及
西宁西过渡工程初步设计的批复》（铁鉴函[2010]826 号）。
3、2012 年5 月10 日铁道部《关于西宁站改造及相关工程初步设计的
批复》（铁鉴函[2012]531 号）。
二、设计范围及设计年度
（一）设计范围
1、西宁站车场，含兰新铁路第二双线DK189+300～DK192+100
公里范围内高速车场（不含正线轨道）工程；兰青铁路K171+600～K176+900
公里的改建工程。
2、西宁（货）区段站格尔木端兰青铁路K171+600 至小桥站兰州端
K176+900 新建货车外绕线， 公里；西宁站东端兰新铁路第二双线

5、宁大支线小桥站西端K177+500 至西宁北站（含）K6+100 既有线电
化， 公里。
（二）设计年度
近期2020 年，远期2030 年。
