2、运输组织
（1）客站分工方案
西宁站为西宁铁路枢纽客运站，办理西宁衔接各方向旅客列车的通过

兰州北编组站与哈尔盖、柯柯、格尔木、拉萨互编直达列车；西宁（货）

编组大通方向小运转列车。
3、主要技术标准
（1）西宁站兰青铁路货车外绕线
① 铁路等级：I 级。
② 正线数目：双线。
③ 最小曲线半径：600 米，困难条件下500 米。

④ 限制坡度：6‰，加力坡13‰。
⑤ 牵引质量：4000 吨。
⑥ 牵引种类：电力。
⑦ 闭塞类型：自动闭塞。

（2）青铁路客车正线改建段维持既有标准不变，兰新铁路第二双线
正线按照全线的技术标准执行。
4、线路及轨道
（1）线路方案
① 按照西宁地区站场布局，同意新建兰新铁路第二双线正线工程采
用贯通高速车场的设计方案。
② 同意新建兰青铁路货车外绕线自西宁（货）区段站引出后采用隧
道形式在客车场北侧双线绕行至小桥站的方案，引入小桥站采用外包兰青
铁路客车线的设计方案。线路在西宁站出站端跨越兰新铁路双线时采用箱
型梁，并在交叉处适当加宽两侧宽度以强化安全防护措施。
③ 结合兰青场设置，同意自西宁（货）区段站新建兰青铁路客车上
行疏解线上跨新建货车外绕线后引入西宁站兰青场，出站后改建既有兰青
铁路至小桥站。
（2）西宁东大机段
① 新建大机段采用在西宁东站南侧的设计方案。
② 同意段内总平面布置，新建3 线9 台位（预留6 台位）大机检修
库及附属边跨1 座。
③ 新建3 线大机停留库1 座，新建大机及附属车辆停留线4 条、长
轨车停留线2 条。
