摘要: 本次设计通过对一汽马自达 M6 整车参数的分析,并在拆装一汽马自达 M6 膜片弹簧离合器及对其进行结构分析的基础上,对离合器进行重新设计,使得离合器更合理。首先对轿车离合器的结构型式进行合理选择,主要是对从动盘数及干湿式的选择、压紧弹簧的结构型式及布置和从动盘的结构型式选择,再进行离合器的基本结构尺寸和参数的选择及计算;最后进行离合器零件的结构选型及设计计算,主要是对从动盘总成设计,压盘、传力片的设计校核,膜片弹簧主要参数的选择、设计和强度校核,并绘制离合器零件图。关键词: 膜片弹簧离合器;膜片弹簧;结构分析;强度校核 I Friction clutch design Tan yi (vehicle engineer ing 2012, Southwest Forestry University, Kunming, Yunnan,650224) Abstract : The design by analysis of FAW Mazda M6 car parameters, and in the disassembly and assembly of the FAW Mazda M6 diaphragm spring clutch and to carry on the structure analysis based on and on the clutch to re design, makes the clutch design more reasonable.
