要:本次设计通过对一汽马自达 M6 整车参数的分析,并在拆装一汽马自达 M6 膜片弹
簧离合器及对其进行结构分析的基础上,对离合器进行重新设计,使得离合器更合理。首先
对轿车离合器的结构型式进行合理选择,主要是对从动盘数及干湿式的选择、压紧弹簧的结
构型式及布置和从动盘的结构型式选择,再进行离合器的基本结构尺寸和参数的选择及计
算;最后进行离合器零件的结构选型及设计计算,主要是对从动盘总成设计,压盘、传力片
的设计校核,膜片弹簧主要参数的选择、设计和强度校核,并绘制离合器零件图。

Abstract:The design by analysis of FAW Mazda M6 car parameters, and in the disassembly and
assembly of the FAW Mazda M6 diaphragm spring clutch and to carry on the structure analysis
based on and on the clutch to re design, makes the clutch design more reasonable. Fir st of car clutch
type structure type selection, mainly on the driven plate and choice of wet and dry, spring pressing
structure type and layout and dr iven disc structure type selection and the clutch of basic structural
dimension and parameter selection and calculation; finally, clutch parts of structure selection and
design calculation, mainly to the driven disc assembly design, pressure plate, the for ce transmission
piece design Check, diaphragm spring, the main parameters of the choice, design and strength
check, and draw the clutch parts diagram.
