  摘 要:为了筛选出性状优良的大麦育种材料,以67份山南大麦品种为试验材料,对不同品种的5个农艺性状进行相关性和聚类分析,结果表明:穗重变异系数最大,5个农艺性状间存在着较为密切的相关关系。67份大麦材料可分成3个类群,第1类群平均株高较高,平均穗粒数多,平均穗子最长,平均穗重最大,平均千粒重较高;第2类群平均株高最高,平均穗粒数最少,平均穗长最短,平均穗重最低,但平均千粒重最高,说明这一类群的籽粒最为饱满;第3类群平均株高最低,平均穗粒数较少,平均穗子较长,平均穗重较低,平均千粒重较低。

  Abstract: In order to screen out the barley breeding materials with excellent traits, the correlation and clustering analysis of 5 agronomic traits of 67 varieties of Shan nan barley were carried out The results showed that panicle weight variation coefficient was the largest,and there was a close correlation between the five agronomic traits. The 67 barley materials could be divided into three groups. The first group had higher average plant height,more grains per ear,longest ears,highest average panicle weight and higher average 1000-grain weight. The second group had the highest average plant height,the lowest average panicle grain number,the shortest average panicle length,the lowest average panicle weight,but the highest average 1000-grain weight,indicating that this group had the fullest grains. The third group had the lowest average plant height,fewer grains per ear,longer tassels,lower panicle weight and lower 1000-grain weight.
