--医院实习学生（转科生）管理办法
第一章 总则
第一条 学生临床转科实习是理论联系实际的一个重要阶段,为有序地实施我院转科学生管理，以保障实习效果，特制定本办法。
第二条 医院各科室都要以认真负责、通力合作的态度积极为我院转科学生提供教学服务,牢固树立人本主义思想。
第三条 学生进入医院后，必须自觉地服从医院的领导与管理，认真接受带教老师对其进行的医疗技术及医德、医风的训练，自觉遵守劳动纪律，遵守医院的各项规章制度及各种诊疗操作常规，不断克服实习工作中的实际困难，勤奋学习，圆满完成学习任务。
第二章 组织管理
第四条 实习学生毕业实习工作的组织安排，由医务科主管，各科主任、护士长监管，科室安排优秀医师带教，全院各科室共同配合。
第五条 医务科制定实习科室轮转计划，在医院进行为期一年的转科阶段。
第六条 实习学生实习培训计划由医务科根据结合我院实际情况拟定。
第三章 学生管理
第七条 实习学生进入我院临床实习前，必须接受由全院组织的有关院情、医德医风、卫生法律法规、院规院纪、常见诊疗操作规范、病历书写规范等为期一个月的岗前教育。
