摘要：本实验采用平板菌落计数法对师高等专科学校女生宿舍2A320的管道自来水，圣王桶装水与校教育超市出售的康师傅、统一、今麦郎瓶装水分别进展了菌落总数的测定，并对其中的细菌进展培养，经过革兰氏染色和镜检，初步观察了细菌的形态和革兰氏阴阳性鉴定。实验结果明确校管道自来水的菌落总数为66cfu/ml，符合国标GB5749-85，超市销售的康师傅、统一、、1cfu/ml、1cfu/ml,均符合国家标准GBl0789-89，而桶装水的水质不是很理想，测定的菌落总数为520cfu/ml，远超过了国标GB 19298-2003中的规定。通过本次实验，期待更多的在校师生，能够关注饮用水质量，关爱健康，增强安全用水意识。
