摘要:本实验采用平板菌落计数法对师高等专科学校女生宿舍2A320的管道自来水,圣王桶装水与校教育超市出售的康师傅、统一、今麦郎瓶装水分别进展了菌落总数的测定,并对其中的细菌进展培养,经过革兰氏染色和镜检,初步观察了细菌的形态和革兰氏阴阳性鉴定。实验结果明确校管道自来水的菌落总数为66cfu/ml,符合国标GB5749-85,超市销售的康师傅、统一、、1cfu/ml、1cfu/ml,均符合国家标准GBl0789-89,而桶装水的水质不是很理想,测定的菌落总数为520cfu/ml,远超过了国标GB 19298-2003中的规定。通过本次实验,期待更多的在校师生,能够关注饮用水质量,关爱健康,增强安全用水意识。
