基于SCORM和AIR军用战术标图教学与应用系统研究与实现 计算机应用技术专业 当前，随着结合了桌面应用与网络应用长处富客户端(Rich Internet Applications，RIA)技术浮现，互联网图形领域迎来了一场变革。在众多富客户端技术中最具代表性、发展最为迅速Flash技术以其完善系统开发环境、先进顾客体验以及跨平台跨浏览器等长处成为当前互联网上富客户端技术在各个应用领域研究重点。 富客户端将是此后web应用发展方向，Flash作为使用ActionScript语言，实现富客户端先进工具，正发挥其出众作用。Flash集矢量编辑和动画创作为一体，同步可以将图形、图像、音频、动画和深层次交互动作进行有机地结合，创立出美观和交互性强效果，从而得到了广大顾客承认和接受，特别是随着Flash Play播放器逐渐普及，以及Flex软件和Adobe AIR浮现，。 本文针对当前计算机军用战术标图系统存在问题，提出以基于Flash为前台，JAVA和PostgreSQL数据库为后台技术加以解决，阐述了搭建基于Flash数据库军用网络战术标图系统详细过程。同步，结合SCORM原则，建立了战术标图教学系统，不但实现了军用战术标图各项功能，并能实现网上异地同步标绘 和网络教学功能。 本文一方面分析了既有军用战术标图系统应用现状、特点及缺陷；然后从各种方面对SCORM原则、AIR技术，以及富媒体应用方面进行了简介，并对基于AIR军用网络战术标图系统实现进行了可行性分析，通过度析比较，得出在Flash上实现网络战术标图可行性结论与优势所在；然后简介了本系统设计框架及实现功能。最后简介了本系统在军队内部使用状况，并提出了本系统改进方向。 总体上讲，本系统操作简朴快捷，功能齐全，实现了网络化、数据化，它不但是一种标图系统，更兼具教学功能，在军队内部得到了承认。通过本系统应用，将增进军队军事演习及首长机关训练信息化限度，在一定限度上，变化训练模式，有助于军事训练信息化进程。 核心字：军用战术标图；SCORM；ActiopScript；富客户端；AIR；Flex SCORM and the AIR-based military tactical Plotting Teaching and Research and Implementation of Application System Major：Computer Application Technique At present，with a combination of desktop applications and network advantages of rich client applications (Rich Internet Applications，RIA) technologies，the Internet ushered in a revolution in the field of graphics.
