直面问题,着眼实处
——退伍老兵专题教育
一年一度的退伍安置工作又在紧X的进行当中了。退伍是人生的一次重大转折，而人生的重大转折期,也是各种问题频发期。面对地方日益严峻的安置形势，如何才能找到适合自己的工作岗位，顺利完成人生的重大转折？这是待安置的退伍军人普遍关心而又为之困扰的问题。我作为一名多年从事这项工作的“老军转”，想在这里送给战友们几句建议和忠告。
有“四忌”：忌无所谓，切忌既不学习政策规定，也不提前准备筹划，成天游手好闲、无所事事，对转业安置抱着听天由命的心理；应对考试认真准备，近年来，很多地方有规定，复转军人要采用考试考核和双向选择相结合的方式，复转军人由于部队工作的特殊性，对专业知识接触较少，所以要尽量多阅读相关书籍，找以前已经复转的战友取经，集中精力，认真准备，用心复习，以良好的心态迎接考试，以优异的成绩接受挑选。忌随大流，切忌不考虑自己的实际情况，整体忙于打听别人怎么想、怎么定，胸无主见；忌常反复，切忌考虑问题不深不细，决心定不下，去向志愿一日三变，结果错失良机；忌存侥幸，切忌不在政策框架内确定意向，甚至为达到目的不惜弄虚作假，最终给安置造成被动，给个人带来损失。
退伍军人是一个拥有优秀政治品质、严明组织纪律、顽强拼搏精神和良好社会形象的群体，在部队为驻地争光，回家乡后又为当地发展作出了不可磨灭的贡献。

要达到这种结果并不轻松，需要做好以下几个方面：
一、要静下心
一旦确定退伍，许多老兵都容易产生这样或那样的想法和顾虑，出现心理不适现象：有的心理准备不足，对突然要离开熟悉的军营生活感到落寞惆怅；有的不能正确对待组织决定，对安排自己退伍存在抱怨抵触心理；有的对能否找到一份称心如意的工作没有信心，整天焦躁
