基于价值链的西安铁路物流中心运营规划研究.pdf

摘要多年来,铁路运输一直按照传统计划经济体制下形成的管理模式运行,提供单一的运输服务,难以满足当今市场经济条件下,物流服务个性化、及时性、作业灵活性等方面的需求。为适应市场经济条件下现代物流发展的要求,建立铁路物流中心将成为铁路货运发展的必然趋势。本论文依托《西安国际港务区西安铁路物资仓储集运中心可行性研究》项目,以西安铁路物流中心为研究对象,以铁路货运站价值链为研究切入点,对西安铁路物流中心运营规划作了比较深入的研究,旨在为西安铁路物流中心建设提供参考。论文首先在大量实践调查的基础上,对西安经济、物流、铁路货运发展现状进行分析,并运用组合预测方法对西安铁路货运量进行预测,分析西安铁路物流中心建设的必要性。其次运用价值链理论,以西安X站为例,对西安铁路货运站价值链进行分析,总结现阶段铁路货运站价值链存在的不足;分析物流企业纵向价值链与物流企业利润关系,得出西安铁路物流中心战略定位;从价值链构建的角度,分析设计西安铁路物流中心运营中的运作流程、组织结构。最后,针对西安铁路物流中心规划实施中商业模式、建设途径的选择以及实施要点提出建议。关键词:价值链、西安、铁路物流中心运营规划、实施建议 Abstract Alltheseyears,railway freight hasbeen operated by themanagement mode formed inthe traditional planned economy and offered single transport service,which cail not meet the logisticsdemand inmarket economy ofpersonalization,timeliness,flexibility and SO adapt to the modem logistics development requirements in the market economy,the establishment ofralllogistics center e thedevelopment trendofrailfreight.
