为加强户外广告设置安全管理，保障广大人民群众生命财产的安全，依据《中华人民XX国安全生产法》和《蒙城县户外广告管理暂行办法》的有关规定，结合我县实际，特拟定本办法。
一、户外大型广告设置安全条件
