　　《潍坊市农村集体资产管理暂行办法》已经市政府第三十四次常务会议研究通过，现予发布，自发布之日起施行。

　　潍坊市农村集体资产管理暂行办法
　　第一章总则
　　第一条为加强农村集体资产管理，维护集体资产所有者、经营者的合法权益，增强集体经济实力，根据《中华人民共和国农业法》及其有关法规政策，结合我市实际，特制定本办法。
　　第二条本办法适用于本行政区域内镇(乡)、村社区性集体经济组织所有的资产管理。
　　第三条各级政府农村经济经营管理部门主管本行政区域内的农村集体资产管理工作，其主要职责是：
　　(一)贯彻实施有关集体资产管理的法律、法规、政策;
　　(二)组织开展清产核资、产权界定和产权登记工作;
