We use a large number of the Chebyshev inequality, Cauchy inequality, the average value inequality etc. in the research process . Promote the Vasiliev inequality f rom the simple low dimension and index once finally to arbitrary dimension and index. The promoted inequality is convenient to solve some inequality provide a useful reference for forms of promotions of Vasiliev Inequality.
