一、生态县建设指标
1、定义
生态县(含县级市)是社会经济和生态环境协调发展，各个领域基本符合可持续发展要求的县级行政区域。生态县是县级规模生态示范区建设发展的最终目标。
2、基本条件
（1）、制订了《生态县建设规划》，并通过县人大审议、颁布实施。
（2）、全县80％的乡镇达到环境优美乡镇考核标准；或通过考核验收，达到国家级生态示范区建设标准。
（3）、有独立的环保机构，并为一级行政单位，乡镇有专职的环境保护工作人员。环境保护工作纳入乡镇党委、政府领导班子实绩考核内容，并建立相应的考核机制。阿里三三

（4）、国家有关环境保护法律、法规、制度及地方颁布的各项环保规定、制度得到有效的贯彻执行。
