摘要
才子佳人故事发展到明末清初,出现了一大批中篇通俗文学作品,并在当时
产生了较为广泛的影响。这类小说讲述的主要是精英阶层知识分子的婚姻爱情故
事,但由于其通俗文学的特点,又给这类小说笼上了一层市民化色彩。本文主要
就是通过对这类小说文本的细读,分析研究其中的文人趣味和市民趣味两者之间
的内在关系,以及这两种趣味在“小说”史上的意义。以期对这类小说所反映出
的特定时期的思想文化观念,才子佳人小说作者的创作心态,以及社会人群的审
美心理和欣赏习惯有更加深入的认识和了解。
论文第一章介绍了这类小说中所体现出的文人雅趣,主要从诗酒情怀、对待
功名富贵的态度、婚恋观念等三个方面分析文人才子们与众不同的高雅趣味。第
二章主要介绍小说中所表现出的市民俗趣,从作品中塑造的一系列市民形象着
手,分析这类人对名利的态度、以及他们的婚恋观念。第三章通过对前两章的分
析总结,进一步探讨小说中的文人雅趣和市民俗趣两者之间的内在关系,并分析
两种趣味之间相互渗透的现象。第四章从纵横两个方面分析文人雅趣和市民俗趣
的“小说”史意义。从唐传奇到宋元明话本小说,再到明代才子佳人文言传奇,
两种趣味在这一发展过程中的作用各有不同,并对明清才子佳人小说产生了不同
程度的影响。此外,明清才子佳人小说在自身发展衍变的过程中,两种趣味也在
发生悄悄变化。
整篇文章以“趣味”为线索,将小说人物之趣、作者之趣以及读者之趣贯穿
起来,考察明清时期才子佳人小说创作所体现出的时代特征和社会文化心理,以
期对这一盛行一时而又迅速消亡的文学样式有一个更加全面的认识和了解。

Abstract
When the story of gifted-scholars and beautiful ladies developed to late Ming
and early Qing Dynasty, a large number of medium-length light literature works have
appeared. This kind of novel has produced paratively broad effect on that time.
It depicted some love and marriage stories about outstanding intellectual person
stratum. But because of the characteristic of light literature, the novel has got folk
color. According to peruse and stud y this kind of novel, I want to analyze the inherent
relation between interest of scholars and interest of urban residents both, and the
significance of this two kinds interest on "novel" history .The aim doing all of these
work is prehend people’s thinking and culture idea, the author’s mentality in
writing, the taste mentality and enjoy habit of person in the given society.
