城市综合体项目的交通影响分析研究.pdf

内蒙古科技大学硕士学位论文 I 摘要我国近几年面临大规模城市化、土地加速开发和高强度开发等局面,为了实现城市化的可持续发展,满足丰富的城市生活需求,城市综合体作为一种高效利用土地资源、功能高度集成的城市组织形式,在我国城市中运用的越发广泛。城市综合体的主要特点是空间尺度巨大、综合型交通体系、城市景观设计和高科技集成设施,在满足这些城市化功能需求的同时,将会带来交通需求的剧增。交通影响分析是通过掌握交通综合状况随土地利用变化而变化的程度,并采取措施保障交通水平的稳定。交通影响分析研究重点主要有三点:交通需求分析、交通影响程度分析和改善措施的提出。城市综合体的交通需求预测就是在调查土地利用和交通现状的基础上,根据城市规划和交通规划准确地预测未来规划年交通的出行情况,为城市综合体的运行和交通状况提供依据。交通影响程度分析就是根据交通及相关指标分析界定项目建设对周边交通的影响程度,为城市综合体的影响和开发商应承担的建设责任提供参考。改善措施就是研究如何消减项目建设对周边交通环境的干扰,确保项目的合理开发与交通系统的正常运行。本文以城市综合体建设项目为研究对象,通过对项目自身特征、周边土地利用和交通现状的分析,来研究适合城市综合体的交通需求预测方法、交通影响程度分析指标和改善措施的提出。本文先对城市综合体的概念、功能及其主要特征和交通影响分析的流程及作用进行详细分析,然后对城市综合体项目交通需求、交通影响指标和改善措施进行分析, 掌握城市综合体交通需求预测、交通影响程度分析和改善措施的完善。最后以包头市正翔国际城市综合体项目为例,运用本文提出的交通影响指标对该城市综合体项目的交通影响进行判定,并采用适宜的改善措施保障该项目的交通组织正常运行。通过实证分析说明, 本文提出的交通影响程度分析和改善措施是可行的,并为城市综合体交通影响分析的后续研究提供依据。关键词:交通影响分析;城市综合体;交通组织;TransCAD 内蒙古科技大学硕士学位论文 II Abstract In recent years China fac ing massive urbanization, the land development of accelerat ing and high strength, in order to realize the sustainable development of urbanization, to meet the demand of enrich ing urban life, urban co mplex as one anization of efficient use of land resources and function highly integrated ismore widely used in our city.
