金属软管力学性能的非线性有限元法的分析研究.pdf

南京航空航天大学硕士学位论文摘要本文运用非线性有限元方法,研究了金属软管的静力学和动力学特性。运用大型通用有限元分析软件ANSYS作为开发平台,开发了基于参数化设计思想的金属软管力学性能有限元分析专用软件。首先,采用三维8节点壳单元sheU93表述波纹管,采用三维3节点空间梁单元beaml89表述网套,运用耦合表述多层波纹管层与层之间的关系,运用约束方程表述波纹管与网套之间的相互作用关系,考虑金属软管的材料非线性、几何非线性和大变形等非线性特性,建立了参数化的金属软管三维有限元模型。,研究了金属软管在承受轴向拉伸、轴向压缩和横向弯曲等各种外载荷单独作用和联合作用下,金属软管的变形和应力分布情况; 研究了波纹管的各主要参数对其力学性能的影响、网套最佳平衡编织角的确定问题以及端部连接工艺对金属软管静力学性能的影响。最后,从动力学角度,研究了金属软管的振频和振型,以及金属软管在简谐激励和瞬态激励下的振动响应。并将有限元分析结果与实验结果相比较,其中静力分析结果与实验结果相当吻合,动力分析结果与实验结果也基本吻合, 验证了有限元分析软件的可靠性。为工程设计人员提供了参数化的金属软管力学性能有限元分析软件,具有重要的工程应用价值。关键词:金属软管,波纹管,网套,耦合,约束方程,有限元法,非线性, 振动响应金属软管力学性能的非线性有限元法研究 ABSTRACT Inthispaper,the staticanddynamic characteristicsofthe metal hosehave been studied,which based on thenonlinear finiteelement parametric Finite Element Analysis software about metal bose‘S mechanical characteristics has been developed withthe ANSYS platform.
