存在的问题,研究制定促使学校可持续发展的措施,做到以评促建、以评促管,切实发挥考核评估的导向性。
3、注重绩效,奖惩结合。通过考核评估,正确评价学校年度工作,把学校综合考核评估结果作为教育资源配置、评优树先、考核任用教干等工作的重要依据,对考核评估成绩突出、完成工作目标较好的学校予以表彰奖励,对工作不力造成不良影响的进行处罚。
三、考核评估的内容及标准
考核评估实行500分制工作目标。
(一)指标考核
1. 教师队伍建设管理(35分)
(1)领导班子建设(5分)
领导班子成员团结协作、分工明确,整体功能发挥较好。教职工对学校班子认可度高,工作目标落实畅通的得5分。如出现因班子不团结对学校工作造成不良影响的扣1--5分 。
(2)教师队伍建设(25分)
①劳动纪律( 5分)。加强教师队伍管理,认真执行《关于进一步规范请销假制度的实施意见》。学校不应存在在编不在岗、在编在岗没有具体工作责任目标等问题,否则,经举报或检查出现一例扣2分。在执行请销假制度过程中,学校瞒报、漏报或弄虚作假,经查证属实的,每例扣2分,扣完5分为止。
