“门前三包” 责任制内容
“门前三包” 责任制是指包卫生、包绿化、包秩序。并负责修建门前硬化。沿街两侧的单位、门面和住户，负责搞好各自门前及附近的卫生、绿化和秩序。
包卫生:每日负责门前卫生的清扫。经常保洁，清除垃圾、无污水、无杂物、无污垢、无油渍或严重积尘，遮阳棚要规范、整洁、无破损，保持清洁卫生，保护好前卫环卫设施。
包绿化:按乡镇绿化统一规划，负责栽植和保护好树木、花草无损害，搞好花坛、绿地的管理和保洁;不得在树干、树枝上钉钉子和乱挂杂物，协助绿化管理部门管护好树木、花草和绿化设施无丢失。
包秩序:负责门前无店外、占道经营、无乱停乱放、无乱搭乱挂、无乱堆乱放、无乱贴乱画、无乱挖乱建、无乱摆摊设点，不出现有碍公共和市容观瞻的现象。 对不履行“门前三包” 责任制的单位和门面住户，村委会依照规定，责令其纠正违法行为，采取补救措施，同时予以经济处罚。\

兹有 (甲方)与单位、门面或住户: (乙方)
为贯彻执行市、县《关于推行“门前三包” 责任制试行规定》及《河北省城市市容环境卫生管理暂行办法》，经双方商洽，订立协议如下:
一、甲方对乙方执行“门前三包” 责任制的情况，有检查督促的权力;乙方愿自觉接受甲方及有关方面的检查监督。
二、乙方严格按照“门前三包” 责任制内容，自觉完成门前地段的承包任务。
三、本协议自签字之日起生效，违者按市、县《关于推行“门前三包” 责任制试行规定》和《河北省城市市容环境卫生管理暂行办法》处理。
四、本协议一式两份，甲、乙双方各持一份备查。
