II 摘 要 油菜籽仁皮分离机是油菜籽脱皮、低温制油新技术的关键设备之一,其工作性能对油菜籽仁皮分离效果有决定性的影响。以提高油菜籽仁皮分离效果为目的,对影响油菜籽仁皮分离的结构因素和工作条件因素进行试验研究,找出影响油菜籽仁皮分离效果的主要因素、影响趋势及最优工作参数,为油菜籽仁皮分离机的结构设计及工作参数的选择提供理论依据。 利用自制的试验装置,以经过油菜籽脱皮机加工过的油菜籽仁皮混合物为对象,应用三因素二次通用旋转组合设计方法,对影响油菜籽仁皮振动分层效果的各参数进行了试验研究,并采用数理统计方法建立了各试验因素与振动分层效果之间的数学回归模型。采用数学模拟的方法,分析了各因素及其交互作用对分层效果的影响。然后,优化试验因素,得到最佳的参数组合为:振幅 ,频率 ,料层厚度 。分析结果表明:振幅和频率对油菜籽仁皮振动分层效果影响大,振幅与频率、频率与料厚的交互作用显著。各因素优化后,分层效果为 % 。最后,阐述了油菜籽仁皮振动传递机理,进行了油菜籽仁皮分离运动学和动力学分析。 关键词: 油菜籽,仁皮分离,振动分层,容重,悬浮速度 III ABSTRACT Rapeseed kernel husk separator is on e of the key equipments in the new technology of rapeseed oil preparation by dehulling, low temp erature pressing, its work performances have a cr ucial impact on the rapeseed kernel husk separation. The paper presents the experiment research of factors affecting the rapeseed kernel husk separation to find their main factors in order to improve the effect of kernel husk separation, to choose preferable working parameters for providing the structure design of rapeseed kernel husk separator with some theoretical basis. First, utilizing homemade machine for test equipment, and adapting the general positiv e triangle-factor quadratic regression design method, the parameters affecting the rapeseed vibration hierarchic al classification rate are studied experimentally, and the mathematic al regression equa tion model between all kinds of experimental factors and vibrat ion hierarchical classification rate are established by means of statis tical analysis and test data . By means of mechimatical simulation, the effect of ex perimental factors and their alternation action affecting the hierarchical classification rate was analyzed.
