Conclusion The optimized synthesis process of praziquantel has the advantages of simple operation, mild reaction
conditions, easy control, low cost, using more environmentally friendly reagents and suitable for industrial production.
The purity and yield of the product are high, which are in line with the standards of European Pharmacopoeia and
American Pharmacopoeia.
