二、关发店员工职务概述
    美发店经营中各层级组织，到底需要设置哪些职位，其职位的职能为何必须明确制定，才能对其职位进行编制需求的衡量，职位设置不清楚，易造成用人不当与人力控管不力。另外，必须通过职位管理的进行，来作为人，招募的参考工具及教育培训发展的依据，并作为绩效目标的检核及规划合理的薪资制度的基础。
   
 1．店长岗位工作职责
    直属下级：助理主管、技术总监、收银员、厨员、水电工、值班人员
宿舍管理员等。
    职责范围：
    (1)及时布置各项工作任务和指标，协调店面内部一切事务，发现问题隐患及时处理。

3．助理主管岗位工作职责
    (1)协助店长做好店面服务工作和其他交办事宜。严格遵守店内管理规定，维护店面形象。
    (2)及时了解助理、清洁员、洗洁员在工作执行中存在的问题，解决实际困难。
    (3)负责对店内助理的技术培训指导和管理，对店内助理、清洁员、洗洁员的工作流程进行规范和监察。
    (4)组织实施店长交代的计划任务。
    (5)确保业务技能水平达标。
    (6)对店里的具体清洁卫生工作，进行监察并负责。如地
