四、存在的问题与建议新郑市近年来经过肉牛冷配改良工作，出栏头数、杂交头数、存栏头数都在稳定增长，但肉牛生产起步较晚，饲养管理技术仍不先进、优质肉牛生产体系不健全，产品加工工艺落后，花色品种少，因此，产量少、质量差、档次低，与农业大市、养牛大市极不相称。今后应采取有效的对策提高肉牛生产整体效益，并促进肉牛产业化进程。
