Nowadays,although air-condition industry can only get lesserprofit butstillhave tobear highcost,air—conditioncorporations must keep reason andtry best tocontrolcost,improve service quality,peting power and value air-condition corporations can keep certain profit and survive from adverse marketing external circumstances andkeep development. First,thispaper makes ananalysis on thehistory,actualities,internal and external conditions ofChinese air—conditionmarket,and alsoanalyses thedeveloping tendency ing explain that standing out one’s own management peculiarity by improving services,and deriving higher andhigher satisfaction and loyalty from clientsis a necessary choice for air-condition industry to strength peting power,gain long-peting advantage and carry out futuredevelopment ,this paper generalize some main problems existedinChinese air-condition producers’services on the basis of an examination about individual clients’sarisfaction with various brand air-condition analyzing themain causes indeep,and emphasizing the necessity and impendency ofpursuing service marketing ,this paper researches into air-condition industry’S basic characteristics as itbe a production corporation and aservice corporation,and makes aconclusion Oil sixservice demands by clients on developing four key factors which have an effect on clients’satisfaction,they are service,price,brand and last,in order to improve services practically thispaper promotes four countermeasures as follows:
