【活动时间】：2011年6月3日（下班后）——6日 （端午假期）
【行程安排】：
D1：（3号）成都—雅安—泸定—康定—折多塘（住折多塘藏家）
下午7:00，成都集合出发，夜宿折多山山腰——折多塘
D2：（4号）折多塘—沙德—月亮海林场（月亮海扎营）
大早从折多塘出发（折多山早上风景最漂亮），翻折多山进入川西高原（一路走走停停，摄影无数），经沙德（在沙德用餐）后，大约3小时后到力邱河林场，扎营至月亮海旁边，晚餐路餐
D3：（5号）月亮海—热水塘野温泉—莲花湖(4000M)—热水塘野温泉(3800M)（野温泉扎营）
早饭（路餐）后，背包向热水塘（野温泉）进发，中午路餐，大概下午3:00抵达野温泉扎营，后轻装攀登莲花湖摄影（大概耗时40分钟）。下午5:00回到野温泉营地，埋锅造饭，泡温泉（切记带泳衣）。
晚上，继续温泉。
D4：（6号）热水塘营地（3900M）—林场—康定—成都
早饭（路餐）后，拔营下山，到林场上车，一路回家，各找各妈。
